One stay, start to finish

I She books

Booking day · 11 days before

Maya books Maple House on Airbnb.

She books the way she always does. Her confirmation arrives on the Airbnb thread a minute later, with her check-in link.

  • Nothing new to download, and nothing changes about how she books.
  • The message is yours: your words, your house, your name.
  • It never asks her to book direct or shares a phone number on the platform. That rule can’t be switched off.

Meanwhile, on your side

Her whole stay plans itself.

The moment the booking reaches your PMS, NoFrontDesk lays out every step of her stay. You can read the plan; you don’t have to make it.

II Checks in online

Tuesday · three days before

She checks in from the sofa.

Four short steps on her phone: her details, a photo of her ID, the house rules, and a card for the deposit hold.

  • Every adult on the booking signs the house rules.
  • Stops halfway? A gentle reminder 15 minutes later, and more before Friday.
  • If she stays again within 12 months, her ID and card carry over.

On your side

A checked ID, a signature and a card.

Before she ever reaches the door, you know who is coming, they have agreed to your rules, and there is a card ready for the deposit.

III Asks a question

Thursday · the day before

She asks about parking.

She writes on the Airbnb thread. She could just as well have sent a text: both land in the same inbox.

  • A real answer about her house, not a canned one.
  • It comes back while she’s still thinking about the trip.

On your side

The answer is already written.

The AI co-host drafts the reply from the facts you gave it about Maple House. You read it, and tap Send.

Maya · via AirbnbThu 4:06 PM

“Is there parking at the house? We’re driving up with a friend.”

Draft reply

Hi Maya, yes. There’s free parking for one car in the driveway, on the left, and free street parking out front after 6 PM. It’s all in your stay app too, with the WiFi.

IV Gets in the door

Friday · arrival day

The door opens at three.

Two texts, and one page with everything on it. She never has to ask for the code.

Hi Maya, a $200 hold (not a charge) is now on your card for your stay. It’s released when you check out.

  • The page changes through the stay: the code today, the check-out steps on Sunday.

On your side

Underneath every stay

And the parts she never sees.

Maya’s weekend touched most of the fourteen services. Here is what runs underneath all of them: the money, your own website, your team, and the checks that run all night.

Payments

Every dollar lands in your own Stripe.

The hold, the $35 late check-out, a pet fee, a custom quote: all of it goes straight to your account, and is recorded in your PMS.

Our assurances

Five promises we keep in our own houses first.

i.

Your money goes to your own Stripe.

Guest payments land in your account directly. They never pass through ours.

ii.

Practice before anything is real.

Every automation can run in shadow first and show you what it would have done.

iii.

Your listings stay safe on the platforms.

The OTA-safe guard never asks for a direct booking or shares contact details on a platform thread, and it cannot be switched off.

iv.

The TV keeps its counsel.

No door codes, last names, phone numbers or emails on screen, ever. It resets at check-out.

v.

Built and run by a working host.

It runs our own forty-odd listings every night. When something breaks, we feel it before you do.

Getting set up

Four steps, at your own pace.

  1. The first

    Connect your PMS

Guesty today. Hostaway, Hospitable and OwnerRez later. Your listings and reservations come across.

  2. The second

    Guided setup

A wizard walks through locks, Stripe, house facts, messages and your brand, property by property.

  3. The third

    Practice mode

Everything runs in shadow. You read what it would have sent and done, and nothing reaches a guest.

  4. The fourth

    Go live

Switch services on one at a time, when you are ready, and not before.
