Chapter one
Before she arrives
By the time a guest reaches the door, you know who is coming, the paperwork is done and the lock is ready for her.
Maya sees
Four short steps on her phone, the week before.
The house rules
Quiet after 10 PM. No parties or events. No smoking anywhere on the property. Every adult on the booking signs.

Guest check-in, before they arrive
A phone-first form the guest fills in from the sofa a few days out. By the time she reaches the door, the paperwork is done.

- An AI ID check compares the name on the ID with the cardholder

- A “Find my check-in” QR code at the door
- Reminders, and a gentle nudge if the form is left half-done
Maya sees
A code of her own, ready at three.
